We always complain about service at Standard Bank Namibia, but today I have praise for two employees, namely Shaunine Strauss at Walvisbay Branch, and Prudence Namases at the Credit Card division. Ive been struggling to get anything done on my credit card since last year October, been to various branches but nothing was forthcoming, always the same old excuse of the system. I went to see Shaunine Strauss the day before yesterday, she told me what the problem was, submitted my request and today I got feedback that that which I requested had been done. Well done ladies!!! Your assistance and professionalism is noted and highly appreciated.
