We are HIRING !! {Sr. Technical Support Executive} Job Description 1.Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. 2.Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. 3.Diagnose and Resolve technical software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, & more. 4.Research required information using available resources. 5.Follow standard processes and procedures. 6.Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications. 7.Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software. 8.Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business. 9.Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary. 10.Stay current with system information, changes and updates. Desired Skills & Experience Experience: 1yr - 2yrs Exp in Inbound or Outbound Tech Support Sales.
