We are THE PEACE RIDERS CLUB (P.R.C.). Our fundamental principle when we ride is to have fun and make friends. We dont mind competitive spirits as long as a certain goal does not become the focus of why you are riding. We look for Members who enjoy the freedom of the open road and that are willing to give a helping hand to any member and to other people who is in need. If you join in our group, please, just ride, enjoy yourself, and hopefully make some friends for life. motto: ONE RIDE ONE FAMILY Regulations and Expectations Ride time We will have organized (sometimes-unorganized) rides on weekends, weather permitting. The rides generally last about an hour or two, sometimes longer. We realize that work or other family duties may conflict, so ride whenever you can. How and who we recruit We recruit by personality only. Skill level is not a factor in the membership of our group and never will be. In our club riding is a family affair; members can be male or female and their spouse or a recommended friend who loves to ride on the back seat. • You must have a motorcycle license endorsement to become an officer of the club • Officers must own a small or larger motorcycle (any brand will do) • Members must have a clean criminal record (No outstanding warrants) • Members will be asked to attend meeting and pay for the ID sticker and plate of groups, plus contribute for parties and other club functions (it will be worth it)...there are no annual membership dues To become a member simply fill out the application and start riding with us. After you have joined us for some rides we will vote on your membership. Generally anyone who has stuck with us for a few weeks and we enjoy riding with becomes a member. Just be yourself and have a good time. Etiquette Friendly, teasing banter is not a problem, but the moment it becomes ridicule, insulting or arrogant you will need to find another club. Foul, abusive, or insulting language is not acceptable toward any member from any chapter. • Respectful attitude toward all Members of all clubs • Helpful attitude toward all riders in need of help • Willingness to except those new to our life style • Praise and encouragement to all new riders in their learning stages(remember what it was like when you first started)
