We are all #immortal; just in a difference sense of the word and meaning. We, as ensouled beings, can never die. Consciousness itself cannot be destroyed, it cannot be detracted, it cannot be subtracted from; it can only be increased or expanded upon. What we experience here, we generally shape by our senses (that is touch, smell, taste, see) and so we forget that there are many more empirical ways to experience life without the dictation of the senses; in our rawest form of consciousness of this, we call faith. #Faith is a different form of consciousness where you are literally enabling the heart to "trust" in your feelings about an issue. But there are many ways in which feelings can be shaped or mislead; even by ourselves. So it is important to understand that, even over faith and through out our feelings; there is a part of all of us that will continue on towards a higher #consciousness (whether individuation continues or we become more of a whole, remains to be seen and or debated upon) but considering there are so many things that we have not experienced yet beyond our senses, I think it is safe to say that there is indeed, an existence of ourselves, past this "life". Understand that we, in our sparks of life as beings containing this energy mass we call a #soul, are actually just a part of the consciousness that enables the existence and creation of a soul. And since consciousness is a form of energy that cannot be destroyed; we, at some level of existence in our energetic or ethereal form, also cannot be destroyed, and therefor will always exist at some level of consciousness or being.
