We are all very concerned about the what ifs of these on coming storm systems as they make there way to our Island chain. And it remains to be my prayer that the systems will dissipate into the sea or be diverted away from our beloved kuu home. But I would like to take the time to also remind us of who we are as a people and as a heritage. Many obstacles have been hurdled towards us as a nation and as a peoples. But one thing that has remained to be true about the Hawaiian culture is our unwavering ability to love beyond all odds. Let us not forget that even in this time of fear and chaos that we must, more than ever before, band together, Malama each other and show a common concern for our fellow man. Whether they be brown, white, yellow, whatever. Please let us go beyond ourselves nd consider each other as we make preparation for the days to come. Let Hawaii stand true to its values nd statutes nd show as much Aloha as we can spare. To all of you in the Americas nd across the foreign lands, please keep Hawaii in your prayers as we pull through these doubled headed storms. Nd let it be a good reminder of how people should be in times of crisis. I pray the serenity of Gods peace upon you all. May he steady your mind nd heart to rest assured in His peace. Nd may He give us all Strength nd protection come what may. He has done it before nd I believe that He can do it again. Again I love you all nd I wish you nothing but Gods best nd Finest.
