We are all very proud of the Royals. They really brought KC together. It was so cool to see everyone wearing their blue shirts & hearing the random, Lets go Royals, chant. My wife Hannah has been speaking to me a lot about her take on the Series & peoples passion for the temporal vs their passion for the eternal. She got mine thinking.... What if we actually had that same passion towards...helping the orphans and the fatherless, being compassionate towards the homeless, investing in the elderly, offering love to the unlovable & hope to the hopeless....in general, putting others before ourselves: What kind of impact could we make in KC or even in the world? Imagine what you could do for someone with the money that some spent on tickets to the games or on merchandise. Imagine how we could change the future of a fatherless child by investing the same time in them that we did watching the games. Imagine the impact on the life of someone who thinks they are worthless if we actually took the time to show them that they matter to us. So my challenge to you KC is the same challenge that I offer my family & I offer myself. Lets not just #BeRoyal...........lets #BeRoyaltoOthers
