We are always open to saving you money if there is another brand of the same product that we could substitute for a lower price. We have your orders drop-shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse, and sometimes one is closer to you, or we can ship multiple products from the same warehouse and offer a discount if you want to do so. All you need to do is put a note in your order comments that you’re open to substitutions, and we’ll look into it and contact you if anything else makes more sense. Or just contact us before ordering. So on that note, here’s an example. We are now offering 3/4″ rubber mats, aka “stall mats”, used for weight room flooring. But here’s the thing. If you order them by themselves we have to do a minimum order quantity of 6. The reason is they have to ship by freight (ie: on a pallet), and freight is pricey, and we would be losing money on every sale if we sold them individually with our $50 shipping charge. So the good news is we can add just one or two stall mats to orders for certain other equipment that’s going to ship on a pallet anyway.
