We are appealing for information following a series of indecent exposure incidents in Leamington Spa. Police are linking the incidents which have occurred since November. The first incidents were reported on Thursday 13th November 2014, by two separate female victims walking along Radford Road, near to the Plough and Harrow pub. They were called over by man in a white or silver car, who asked them for directions. On each of the occasions, a man was seen to be performing a lewd act. The incidents occurred at 7.25 and 7.40pm. A similar incident was reported on Saturday 22nd November at around 12.30pm on Wharf Street, and Wednesday 10th December at around 5.10pm on St Mary’s Road. The incidents are also being linked to an incident in Milverton Hill on Monday 12th January. The suspect is described as a white male, late 20’s to early 30’s, of stocky build with dark hair and stubble. He spoke with an accent although it is not known if he is British or European. The vehicle is distinctive as it has been described as left hand drive, with a foreign registration plate.
