We are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary at the offices of the North York Moors National Park in Bondgate, Helmsley. The burglary took place between 3.15am and 3.45am in the early hours of Friday 3 October 2014. The suspects broke into the property by smashing a window, however, they left empty handed. Officers are appealing to anyone who has any information about the break-in to contact them. In particular, they are appealing for information about any suspicious vehicles or people seen in the Helmsley area overnight. Anyone with information that could assist the investigation should contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 2, and ask for PC Paul Storey.
