We are approaching New Year. While taking stock of the year, calculate, the amount of medicines consumed in previous year, visits to doctor and hours lost due to ill health. Also let us resolve that going further our earning and wealth is for us, for our near and dear ones and for the society, community we live in. Our earnings and wealth is not for doctors, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. If we are swallowing a tablet for blood pressure in thirties, medicine for hyper tension in forties, sleeping pill in fifties and pill with all our meals in sixties then when do we get time to enjoy our hard earned materialistic wealth? “Money will not buy happiness, but it will let you be unhappy in nice places.” Modern wealth brings with it modern ailments. Instances of blood pressure, heart problems, stress and hyper tension, diabetes are on rise. Medical science has increased our life span but there isn’t anything medical science has invented yet which will help us live financially healthy life.
