We are at a critical juncture in Uganda politics. Those who put Uganda interests ahead of their own need to say something. When Museveni rejected Ankole kingdom because you cant have two bulls on the same hill there was some whisper of disappointment but that was it. The late John Barigye was made presidential adviser. Now Museveni is going for Buganda Pushing the Kabaka into politics with regard to MOU was deliberate like his late father was enticed into it. The statement about Kabaka in Rome was not an accident. He is testing reaction. And if there is none he will end the monarchy. What has the Katikiro said so far?. What has the Muganda VP said so far? What have Baganda MP said so far? Silence is Mr. President go ahead Dont be surprised that after Monarchy in Uganda is abolished the Kabaka becomes presidential adviser just as the Ankole king was made presidential adviser and he accepted it.
