We are back from the funeral in NJ. Despite driving 1100 miles, freezing temperatures and brisk winds, and even a few inches of snow, the viewing/funeral/burial of my Aunt reflected the solemnity of the Roman Catholic rites based upon traditions and history. We properly abided by and respected all wishes of the few family elders who are left. Yes, I was in charge, but the people who did the real work were undertaker Stanley Boycek, my wife Mary (who communicated with Stanley) and my mother (May She Rest In Peace) who - years ago - left all arrangement instructions with Stanley. michalskifh/ is a professional, caring team going above and beyond.
