We are being given the wrong script... The Constitution is OK.... The problem in Kenya is not the Constitution. It is not representation or devolution.... The problem is corruption and wastage in Govt. Pure and simple... Nobody has taken action on detailed reports of Auditor General... Nobody has the accurate number of students and teachers in schools... Nobody can say what the massive budgets of security do... There is a good diagnosis on the wage bill problem but wrong solutions, why cant we have a census of all public officials? Every public official to be enumerated at their position, station and work location, the results would weed out ghost workers and many other mal-practices in the public sector. The MPs, Judges, MCAs account for 3%.... Waste and corruption account for 30%... In whose favour is this lopsided argument we are being treated to? The executive... Let us put a stop to dancing with corruption and wastage... I will defend the Constitution, our Women Reps Seat and Nyeri County... Our Nyeri County will not be merged with any other...
