We are blessed at Puckapunyal Military Base, having a Memorial Chapel which is just 3 years old. At the entry to the building is a multi faith prayer room, which has a privacy screen around it made of black steel with cut out poppies. On the wall adjacent to the forecourt the Poem In Flanders Fields is displayed. Our craft ladies thought it appropriate that we display our poppies on the backdrop of the Black cut out poppies and around the forecourt for Remembrance Day tomorrow. The effect is stunning with the light shining through. These poppies will be forwarded on later this month. Over 500 in total with one lady contributing one for each day her husband was deployed this year plus a few extra to make her contribution up to 200. We will remember them. Lest we forget.
