We are called out of the world to live unselfish lives. Selflessness is a great virtue. Those who can overlook their own problems to face the needs of others have received deliverance from the power of selfishness. Every patriarch of the faith was a selfless person. Faith in God causes us to believe for others and to take steps to help them actualize their dreams or meet their needs. Abraham helped Lot to grow his business. David laid down his life for Israel when Goliath harassed them. He pursued the course of the nation to the detriment of his own life. Moses gave up the comfort and opulence of Pharaohs palace to stay in the wilderness for and with his people. A selfish person cannot work for the deliverance or liberty of his or her people. Come out of selfish interest and lifestyle today and you shall become great IJN. Amen
