We are committed to provide you the following services in lieu of your membership with DEV JURE MED: i) To provide insurance cover from a nationalized insurance company towards professional indemnity. The insurance cover shall be separately subject to the terms and conditions laid down by the insurance company providing such cover. ii) To assist and support in respect of all professional problems relating to professional negligence, professional misconduct etc. in all matters occurring after you became our member. iii) To represent you in various courts of law including but not limited to district and state consumer forums throughout India, National Consumer Redressal Forum, district and High courts of India, the Supreme Court of India etc. iv) To contest your legal cases, which pertain to professional negligence under Consumer Protection Act, Indian Penal Code, or any other law for the time being in force. v) Bear all the legal expenses including expenses relating to court fee or any other court expenses except those mentioned hereinafter under the Section ‘Costs’. vi) To provide unlimited advice in respect of all professional problems as well as personal matters during the tenure of the membership. vii) To contest your cases on professional negligence even if your membership has expired provided the cause of action for such cases arose during the tenure of your membership. viii) To send notices, file appeals, writs, special leave petitions on your behalf. ix) To maintain confidentiality and secrecy at all times and to inform you of any conflict of interest at the first instance itself.
