We are currently looking for: INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL ENGINEERS Deadline of application: July 26th, 2013 Requirement: • Bachelor’s Degree in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Mechatronic Major. • Average English and communication skills are required. • Working diligently with enthusiasm, 50 hours a week minimum. • Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Job description: • Design and Engineering activities including valve control system design, instrument specifications/datasheets, calculations and sizing instruments (control valve, safety valve …), instrument lists, drawings and bill of materials/quantities, etc. • Procurement activities, preparing inquiry requisitions, technical bid evaluation, reviewing and verification of vendor designs, schedule control, quality control and test/inspection, etc. Training schedule: Phase 1 Training: 6 months to 1 year in Vietnam office, focus on Piping Engineering. • Piping Materials Specification/ Valve Specification/ Process & Piping Design Basis • P&IDs (Process & Instrumentation Diagrams) • Oil & Gas Industries Codes & Standards Phase 2 Training: 3 to 6 months in Houston office, focus on Instrument and Control Engineering. • Actuation, Instrument and Flow Control Measurement. • Valve Design & Engineering – short tours or seminars at the valve manufacturers in SE Asia, Italy or Houston-US office.
