The fellowship identifies the top game developers of under-represented minority background who are creating a game with a societal benefit. Interns will get hands on experience developing a social media strategy, marketing a fellowship, and building a network of socially conscious game developers. Interns will gain experience organizing and executing a national digital marketing campaign. While the preference is for interns to work in our L.A. office, we are able to accommodate interns working remotely. In October, the Fellows will present their ideas to influencers and policymakers in Washington, DC. LOFT is an initiative of the Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF), which was established by the White House in 1987 to recognize Latino leaders in America.
