We are currently unable to process meat due to allegations by the department of ag. WE WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUES AND OPEN OUR DOORS. The big problem is: we are a small business and we are in an old building and we have stepped on some toes . We have never failed to comply with the state requests (or refused) and have never produced a product that wasnt handled properly...we put food on our table from this locker. Media reporting of the issue is misleading as is many of the violations that are mentioned. Example: rusty meat hooks: were in storage, not in meat. Water running on the rails: science dictates here...hot carcasses and a cold cooler creates condensation. The water is droplets formed from this. We are constantly doing repairs on the building: painting, patching, etc...its an old building but nothing is ever allowed to be unsanitary or endanger public safety. We will appeal but you will undoubtedly never read about the results of that in the paper. Support us by signing our petition for FAIR Government Regulation of Small Business. Please remember.... Who controls our food controls our world. We need for that control to remain in our hands...not over-controlled by the government! Like or comment to sign this petition!!!
