The feature on the Barrasford Arms reads as follows “You might not spot the legendary chef Albert Roux in this Victorian stone-built inn – he was a mentor to owner Tony Binks. No doubt he approves of the inclusion of his famous twice-baked cheddar cheese soufflé on a menu that includes seared Barbary duck breast with smoked duck consommé.
