We are eating out. I prepared beef porridge for lo ;) Ingredients 1/4 cup basmathi rice 1/4 cup cubed sweet potato 1 small piece lean beef (thinly sliced marinated with 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar, some chopped chives and 1 tsp vco) 1/4 red tomato (chopped) 1/8 cup diced bitter gourd 1/3 cup shredded carrot (1) Steam rice and potato with 3x water in a steaming bowl. (2) Once the texture turn soft, add in bitter gourd and steam for 10 minutes. (3) Add in shredded carrot and continue to steam for 5 minutes. (4) Add in beef and tomato and let it steam for 5-6 minutes. Made 1 small medium serving.
