We are excited to announce that for 2015 Endurance Obsession is instituting a Coaching Affiliate Program. One of the goals of Endurance Obsession to provide a safe and fun environment for their club members to participate in activities related to endurance sports. The Coach Affiliate Program is designed to provide club members with access to approved coaches and their expertise. Affiliate coaches will host educational clinics throughout the year that are free to members of the club. Each coach will host several clinics related to their area of expertise. In addition to the clinics, coaches will also participate in events with club members, and will act as host for several events throughout the year. The coaches will help provide members with a home base at events to gather before and after and ultimately celebrate the success of your event. Affiliated coaches will be listed on the website and information about their services will be provided for members to review and contact coaches if they have any questions. Coaches will also participate in discussions online where members can post questions about events, training, or general questions to the club. Andy Drescher will be serving as the National Coaching Coordinator to attract coaches around the country to this program. Once the program is piloted in New Mexico we will iron out any details needed to grow it and launch nationwide. We will search for coaches that foster the inclusive nature of Endurance Obsession who can help grow the club throughout the country. We believe this is a great addition to the club and will announce shortly the first clinics that will be held during the final months of 2014 and Early 2015. The first topics of the clinics will be about Planning your 2015 season, Off-season training goals, Cold Weather Gear for Riding and Running, and many more.
