We are here on this earth to live a life, some of us survive the burdens placed upon us, but some of us struggle with it. We are put to the test every day, both mentally and physically to see how far we can be pushed, most handle the strains of everyday life, whether it be work, friends or sometimes even family that pushes us to the limit. But with others the struggle we face can be over bearing on us, unable to handle our limits or our thoughts, we get pushed to the edge, feeling like nothing matters or no one cares at all. We find ourselves in limbo, unable to distinguish the relevance of our existence and mentally our thought process is hindered on making a clear choice about what we should or shouldn’t do. Obstacles in our path block our view of clarity, love, relationships, the breakdown of a family, or even financial problems, all get in the way and can lead to breaking point often leaving us wondering, is it all really worth it. Some of us try and get the support we need, to help us make sense of it all and understand our fears, yet for others the help is not there and leads to instability of our thoughts causing us to do what some of us fear most, and take our own lives thinking no one would really care whether we live, or die. Some of us carry a meaning to our existence, a reason for living, whether it be our siblings or a loved one close at heart, but others will leave this earth thinking only the thoughts that led them to that dark place in their life. Our lives are valuable, if not to ourselves but to others who really do care about us or what happens to us. Some may not care at all, but just to know that someone, even just that one person, be it a friend or a loved one is actually there to help, can mean the world of difference to our thoughts and our lives. Please, be a friend to someone who needs it, you may not know that person, but to know they have someone who actually does care about them or what happens to them, may just help their thoughts and save a life!
