We are hiring and are on the look out for a CRO (Customer Relationship Officer) for our retail outlet, Lets Gear Up (fb/letsgearup.in), a biking gears and accessories store at HSR Layout in Bangalore. Job Description: - Acknowledging customers promptly and treating them in a courteous manner. - Finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information. - Maintaining a strong knowledge of products of the company. - Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements. Desired Profile: - Fluency in English (Knowledge of Kannada an added advantage) - Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills. - Knowledge of sales and relationship building process. - Prior experience in end to end sales process an advantage. - Must be able to work accurately. - Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word & Excel).
