We are hiring for Marketing Operations Analyst (Digital Marketing/Online Media Marketing/ social Media Marketing) @ Dell tech park - Bangalore Job Description: Below are the Job responsibilities for Online Merchandising Online Digital marketing is must and only from IT companies. Should have good experience in strategizing and executing digital marketing. Site banners, New Bundle creation. • Merchandising Analyst will be responsible for supporting the merch manager in the given specific region. • Role will be a launching ground into other merch roles, merch ownership or campaign planning/execution • This role will support a line of business either in tablets, gaming, notebooks, desktops, or servers. • Key activities include supporting the key functions of merchandising including pricing, product and promotional strategy • Maintain and Support Marcom Optimization plan – i.e. SE, Marcom landing pages, Co-Marketing activities. • Drive 100% accuracy & operational efficiency • Implement merchandising initiatives for online growth • Improve processes & SLA’s to maximize performance & business flexibility • Accurate online sales • Develop specific discount campaigns to targeted vehicles • Support marcom & merchandising plan with dedicated bundling Key areas of focus for role include: Weekly and monthly transitions: Deals, CTO, site banners, New Bundle creation Demand/Supply – manage supply transitions Coordinate product launch/cycle refresh efforts Drive and develop coupon strategy & execute Merchandising plan Additional Tools & Skill sets - DMA Tool (Config Data Maintenance Application ) and Eldorado tool. The skillsets required would be: Good Product knowledge, Merchandising Skills, Execution skills, Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines, Highly organized and pro-active in finding (sometimes creative) solutions to issues, Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced changing business environment, A positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
