We are hosting what we are calling a Foster Drive for several dogs that were displaced, through no fault of their own, and have found themselves homeless. These 9 dogs are all victims of the Southern Nevada Bully Breed Rescue shutdown. We have put together a, Amazon Wishlist of items that are desperately needed to help feed and entertain all of these babies. Up until this point, these dogs are all in amazing fosters and those fosters have been footing ALL of the bills for these pups. What we hope to accomplish with this wishlist is to help ease some of the financial stress that has fell on those who showed up at a dark hour to help furbabies in need. We are simply asking for food, treats and toys. All simple items and all essential. There is a horrid and tragic back-story to all of these pups. Sadly, the best thing that has happened recently for all of these pups IS that they were displaced. The rescue they were supposed to be safe in was shut down and THAT DAY was the new beginning and road to happily forever after. Life at SNBBR was nothing short of dismal. These pups were so horribly neglected as so were the others who have been lucky enough to find their forever homes FINALLY. The page link below has been set up by the group who spent hours and hours tracking down all of these dogs after Char Baroni handed all the dogs in her rescue over to anyone who offered to take one and foster them. The opportunity had finally presented itself in a manner that people would have no choice but listen as all former pleas and reports of the rescues conditions were shrugged off or Char found creative ways to avoid hide the real hell just behind her doors. The documented proof of these conditions is unacceptable and nothing short of pure neglect. Not only do we want to help these pups in a way we know we can, I also feel it is very important to tell these pups stories. You cannot begin to grasp the magnitude of neglect these babies went through in the very confines of what was supposed to be safe. Thank god there is a wonderful group of people, who you will see in the news links, who stepped up to do right for these pups and the are working so very hard to see that these babies never know a day of hell again. now, we ask all of you to HELP US, HELP THEM. We just dont want our address floating around cyber space 3) ALL of these dogs are in need of vetting. Their wellness exams were never maintained with SNBBR and some have health issues that require regular vetting such as allergies, dental issues, etc. All vetting costs up to this point have been out of pocket for the fosters caring for them. We are in need of vetting donations! Again, please contact us here and we can provide you with the vets information that is seeing these pups and we can make arrangements for your donation direct to the vet. It is important that you all know that ALL items and donations from this drive will be donated directly to the fosters who are caring for these pups. 100% of all monetary donations will be deposited directly to the vet and documentation will be produced to verify at the end of the drive.
