We are in a CRISIS!! Please pass this alone to everyone you know. Get this conversation going everywhere because we are in a desperate situation. We have children living in their cars all over Meridian. Today alone I have had 16 children come through my office. All living in homelessness. All single moms who are extremely stressed out, overwhelmed and at the end of their ropes. I put them up in a motel tonight but this is only a short term solution. I looked at houses to rent today to be used to house several families but they were slums. This is a problem we are running into when we are trying to house folks.
