We are in the midst of filling out college applications at our homestead. So weigh in we recently had the is conversation around this topic....Do you think you need to go to college to be successful? If not why? I yes why? Just wanting to hear different opinions on this topic. Ill go first I feel like Yes nowadays everyone who can go to college should. That being said we have an epidemic of college graduates who cannot land higher wage jobs so I dont know what to do to fix this problem but its concerning. Lastly my husband has a trade and has been an amazing provider for our family. I will never go without heat or air as long as he is around and he is a Master Technician but as you get older in a trade the labor can be too intense so there is a downside to a trade because it used to be if you were in a trade they would promote you to a desk job but nowadays they place a college graduate in the desk job to supervise the tradesmen and women. So weigh in this is my Sunday discussion today it hits on a real topic that we all face with our kids growing up etc...! #career #college #trade #workingforaliving
