We are just 12 days away from the biggest annual band fundraiser!! It is our 7th Annual Silent Auction & Dinner scheduled for Friday, 3/28/14. So please remember the following: We still need volunteers for the day. You can be a part of this exciting event by helping with serving food, set up/clean up, check in / check out, decorations, picking up donations, etc. We are in need of donations, donations, donations!!!!! Please help by soliciting/securing donations for this event. We need all kinds of donations to make this another successful fund raiser. (gift cards from restaurants, movie theaters, salon services, gift baskets, clothing, special services, private music lessons, weekend hotel stays, furniture, anything unique, quilts....have a gift that you are not going to use? Regift it and donate the item to the Silent Auction! Ask everyone and anyone you know to help! They are always glad to help students. Section Leader Themed Gift Baskets are due this week. The gift basket information is on the band website. Contact one of us if you need a basket for your items, we have a few left. Silent Auction Tickets are on sale! This is the final week to get your tickets at $15. After this week the tickets are $20 at the door. You can find a ticket order form on the band website. Please turn in your ticket order form and monies to the band hall (envelope on the bulletin board). We need volunteers and lots of donations!!! In order to reach our goal of $10,000.00....WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! Your band kids need your help!! 4 important things in a nutshell due this Friday, 3/21/14: 1. Donations, Donations, Donations 2. Themed Section Gift Baskets 3. Ticket Order Forms (PreSale tickets are $15) 4.
