We are know in the most active part of hurricane season. This is also the most dangerous for SWFL. I have completed and posted my Hurricane Information Center on merlincentral. It includes information to prepare before the storm and also lists of emergency phone numbers and POSSIBLE shelter locations. Remember, not all shelter may be opened. I suggest finding a few shelters in your area, and at least one a bit away and drive out to them for practice. Also you will find shopping lists and the CERT disaster kit list. Get these items before a storm is forming. Also the CERT list explains how to purify water with bleach. Also at my Hurricane Information Center you will find facts about storms and storm hunters. There is even a link to the Hurricane Hunter aircraft. So check it out and let me know what you think.
