We are launching a photo competition tomorrow ( NO EARLY SUBMISSIONS ) with prizes for the best pictures submitted. Submit a picture of your pet (thats right it doesnt have to be a reptile) to our Facebook via PM or via email to rep.rescueireland@gmail. You will be able to submit photos until 01/08/2014. The competition will be held in 2 rounds the first round will be based on photo likes and the second round will come down to a judges vote. There will be two categories (reptiles and other pets) for the first round but for the final judging they will all be in one category. To enter you must be a fan of the page, you also must be a resident of the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. Judges decision is final and the judging will be done by an independent judge not by us. For likes/votes to count in the competition the the like must be on the photo on our page (we will be creating an album) and not on any post you have shared or linked. (Helps us if your friends like our page too but not essential. I have been very busy this week so have not had a change to work on a poster and get finalisation of prizes that are being donated. Please do not submit photos until we announce the competition open, and early submissions will not be included. Even if you re submit them. I am still working out the rules for the competition, but no photo will be submitted if your pet is wearing a costume of any sort on its body in the photo. More to follow soon as I have everything set! So fingers crossed I manage to get this sorted by tomorrow.
