We are looking for a fun and positive male to join our happy home in Elanora on the GC which is a five minute drive to the beach. You will be sharing the home with an Aussie chick, Kiwi chick and a Frenchmen. The home is set up on the hill of Elanora with beautiful ocean views overlooking Currumbin Beach with a pool and separate living areas as well as a “man cave”. Your bedroom has a double built in wardrobe and you would have your own bathroom. We all work full time and are very respectful of each other’s space. We do however enjoy each other’s company, including family dinners, we share our cooking, food and bills etc. It is important to us that we find someone who will be happy to share all of this with us. Our home is our sanctuary and we all work really hard, so it’s imperative that we find someone who has the same standard of living as us - don’t get us wrong, we do enjoy a good time especially on the weekends! Your housemates enjoy, Yoga, music, surfing, drinking, movie nights, PlayStation (Frenchman) and having a great time! The room is available to the right person at your convenience for $190 per week, plus bills and a $500 bond. Although the three of us already live here, we hope to find someone that feels comfortable to move into this space and make it their home also.
