We are looking to recruit a Metal Craftsperson (V02737) for one of our clients based in London. They are a British based furniture and lighting design manufacturer who work alongside private individuals, interior designers, architects and independent retailers to create unique lighting and furniture for their clients. Every piece is made to order and they offer a finishing and restoration service to the trade. They are currently looking for a full time individual to be based in the workshop studio, responsible for patination and finishing of high end interior products. You will need to have a full understanding of metalworking and fabrication processes and be adaptable and inventive with the various processes utilized on the shop floor. With a degree or equivalent education preferably in the fine or applied arts you will also have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the lighting / design manufacture or luxury goods industry, have fluent spoken and written English and excellent communication and presentation skills.
