We are mobilizing the local administrative officials which shall include the chiefs, sub-chiefs and ligurus to take the initiative of making sure everyone who attains 18 years gets an ID card and at the same time registers as a voter. We are accepting all the volunteers who might be entitled to out-of-pocket allowances that will help them move from one area to another. We also accept any advice from any leader and member of the luhya community in relation to this initiative. We need to unite and move together. Kakamega County for example has a population of about 1.7m but the registered voters are a paltry 568,000 compared to Kiambus 860,000 votes with a more less population. We have the numbers let us assert ourselves....MURIO MNO KHUMBULISHITSA.
