We are promised that anyone who truly wants to know God & earnestly seeks Him will find him (Matt.7:7-8; Acts 10:34-35; Heb. 11:6). Thus, if the gospel is not available by missionary work, God can still make it available to those who seek Him—whether by dream, vision, angelic encounter, etc.—as has happened in remote places historically & even in modern societies. Nevertheless, if people are prideful & refuse the light they do have or actively suppress the truth (Rom.1:18-32), then God is not responsible to give them further light, any more than a father is responsible to leave his wealth to an ungrateful & unrepentant son who refuses it (John 3:18-21).
