We are re-appealing for witnesses following an assault that took place outside the Indian restaurant on Annan High Street around 8.10pm on Easter Sunday (20 April). A local 51 year old man was assaulted by a male. He was not injured but was left shaken in the incident. The male is described as: white, around 25 years old and under six feet tall. He had short ginger hair and was wearing a red striped jumper and blue jeans. The male was with a second man who did not take part in the assault.
