The function of the department is to progress customers to installation and resolve any issues that may arise in the process. A Shade Greener maintain a high standard of service and as an Installation Services Advisor you will be the primary contact for customers, as such a passion for customer service would be advantageous. Duties Include Inbound/outbound customer calls. Replying to customer queries via email. Proactively driving applications forward. Liaising with various departments to ensure customers progress to installation. Personal Spec Confident telephone manner. Good command of English - both written and spoken. Good organisational skills. Able to use databases effectively. Logical approach to problem solving. No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
