We are recruting on behalf our loyal client in Oldbury. We are looking to recruit a call centre controller/customer service person on a temp to perm contract. Our client is looking to start someone through our agency for a 13 week period, then transfer the candidate onto their own books, therefore this is a permanant job. The suitable candidate will be available for an immediate interview/start and will be working from Monday to Friday, either 9AM till 6PM, or 8AM to 5PM. The job starts off at £6.50 per hour, which will increase once obtaining a permanant job with our client. The role will consist of working within a call centre/office environment, previous experience of dealing with customers, taking high volumes of incoming calls, data entry, the usage of spreadsheets and knowledge Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages is essential.
