Basic Job Responsibilities: Prepare trade documentation (invoice/packing list/deliver order, etc) Liaise with warehouse for shipping processing Ensure on-time delivery to local & overseas customers Shipping coordination between suppliers and customers Assist department manager on shipment related matters Requirements: Minimum “O” level or diploma Good communication skills in written and spoken English Bilingual with a strong command of English Must be meticulous and possess flair for figures Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications Familiar with handling export shipment and Letter of Credit 2-3 years of working experience in logistic/shipping functions Others: Salary $2,200 to $2,500 (Depending on Experience)
