General Summary: Our Sales Associates should achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. You are responsible to personally contact and secure new business accounts and or customers. Key Responsibilities: Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers. Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups. Plan and organize personal sales strategy. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas. Participates in trade shows and conventions. Always represent the Company in a professional, helpful and friendly manner Meet weekly sales & productivity objectives Maintain store cleanliness and order Project professional image and enthusiastic floor presence Follow company policies and procedures Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Consumer sales experience in a retail environment, Automotive Experience preferred but not required, Knowledge of 4-Wheel/Off Road Product is a must, Type 45 wpm, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.
