We are still debating the injustice of the slave trade. Should we think that the Trayvon Martin case will be any different; recorded in history, taught to future generations, and memorialized? Our justice system needs to account for itself. There are too many ways to act unreasonably and then justify it with law. What about the unreasonable act? The unreasonable action taker can speak for themself, but the unreasonable act is debated as a matter of the system that humans have created to balance and/or identify fault instead of the unreasonable act being, on a fundamental level, proof of a need for reeducation in the only systems higher in credibility; the systems of knowledge, ethics, morality, humanity, god, soul and spirit.
