We are suppose to be enemies. We are suppose to hate each other. The world says we can not be kind and decent or even care about the other. It is a social taboo and unacceptable. My ex husband. In Pro Per.. Me verses Him.. We talked today. Really talked. Like we should have and couldnt 16 years ago. For the first time in those 16 years. I remember being afraid of him. Today I saw a humbled man. Today I spoke with an old friend that he once was, that I once knew. I sometimes wish that people wouldnt tell us who we can and can not or are or are not suppose to love or how we are to love them or care for others. Deeming who is a sworn enemy and who is not~ by social standards. I can not say I dont love the fathers to my two children. For to me to say such a thing is to not love my children fully. I love my childrens fathers differently than I once did years ago, but I do love them- differently. In Pro Per Me verses Him... His voice shook and he trembled and nearly in tears as he spoke.
