We are switching over to PLA compostable deli containers today. In a proper commercial compost, the delis are 90 days compostable. We have also implemented our composting program here, so we will happily accept any rinsed out delis to ensure they are composted properly. Please note that PLA plastic is not able to be heated above 135 degrees, meaning they are not ideal for microwaving. All of the larger entree containers are recyclable plastic and are still microwave safe - although we encourage you to use your ovens and stoves!
