We are hiring ----------------------------------------------- Position: Lead Applications MS CRM Experience: 4 – 10 yrs JOB DESCRIPTION: • Develop and maintain an understanding of application dependencies, workflows, integrations, and processes surrounding enterprise applications. • Provide high quality system support, system configuration, security administration, issue resolution, patching and maintenance for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 on premise application. • Provide backup support for other administrators, including Microsoft SharePoint and CRM report development • Manage application configurations in accordance with corporate Change Management policies, versioning control policies, and vendor best practices. • Analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion. • Create, assist, and troubleshoot CRM integrations to external application systems. • Work with the development team to develop and document custom solutions. Facilitate knowledge transfer between the development team and application support team. • Apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user community on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of CRM software critical to business operations. • All essential duties and responsibilities will be in coordination with a designated employee. Required: Basic Qualifications - • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. • Four (4) or more years of IT systems analysis experience. • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration. Other Qualifications - • Demonstrated understanding of CRM integration technology with other Microsoft products, such as MS Office, SharePoint, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Exchange. • Experience in Dynamics CRM implementations and Rollup implementation. • Administrative experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2011. • Confident and composed in the identification and resolution of technical issues. • Experience with CRM report generation using Microsoft SQL Reporting. • Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and customize CRM, to include the ability to design and modify new and existing forms and workflows. • Proven troubleshooting ability – Must be able to identify root cause for issues, provide and implement solutions for CRM technical issues. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little supervision. • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language. • Experience in workflow development. • Demonstrated organizational and follow up skills. • Experience creating technical and functional documentation. • Experience providing technical mentoring for Microsoft Dynamics.
