We are trying to re structure so that we are more efficient but retain our personal approach. I know some of you have volunteered your admin services already but over the next few days I am going to post specific volunteer roles. I will be in discussion with someone who may want to check that we have responded to all queries and messages and next we require a person who will follow up when dogs have been homed. This will involve contacting the adopters a week after they have homed a dog to check there are no problems. Then a month later, then 6 months later. A record would need to be kept of contact and outcome. I am not sure of time required for this but we are homing 10 dogs a month approximately at the moment although over just the last fortnight it has been 11. Many Thanks Lynn
