We arrived home late Sunday evening from another busy weekend and we thank God for keeping us safe as we traveled. On Friday, we started out our weekend concerts by driving to the Parsons Nazarene Church located in Parsons, Kansas. We were hosted by Redemptions Call Quartet, and it was good to be with these guys once again. Saturday evening, we were in concert at the First United Methodist Church in Greely, Kansas. It was good to see old friends and to make new ones. We enjoyed a great chili supper after the concert. Thank you Dave for having us again this year. On Sunday morning, we were at the First Church of the Nazarene in Warrensburg, Mo. We had a great service starting out with Dan, Jeremy, and Jeff leading the opening song service. Pastor Bob asked if he could sing a song with us, so we sang First Day In Heaven Pastor, sang the tenor part, Dan sang lead, Jeremy sang bass, Bob sang baritone and Jeff played the piano. What a fun time we had doing this song, and the Pastor did a good job. After the service, we enjoyed a great carry in dinner and a good time of fellowship and followed up with singing. We ended the evening in concert at the Lees Summit First Assembly of God Church. It was good to be with Pastor Roger and the church family. We were also blessed to have some of our family and a dear couple from Polo, Mo. Our former bass singer Dave Taylor and his Wife Lesley were there also. Dan asked Big Dave to come up and sing a song with us, and we had a good time singing with him. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported us this past weekend. On November 3rd, at 2 p.m. we will be in concert at the Cainsville First Christian Church in Cainsville, Mo. Hope to see everyone that can make it out.
