We asked the bug guy yesterday how long we should wait before we call him again when we see a scorpion and he goes. “Two weeks – it takes a long time to kill them. Oh, and be sure that you keep those glue traps going for a while because the spray makes them aggressive before they finally die. Their tail will be raised up and they are faaaast.” Half of me wonders if the bug guy was just having fun with us and got into his truck chuckling, “Out-of-staters…” Today the plan is to put my new grill together so we can have our Steak Friday and get the treadmills and stuff arranged in the extra bedroom. Which means that in reality none of that will be accomplished today and I’m sure we’ll have to go to Lowe’s for some reason…
