We asked you to review your stay on TripAdvisor - thanks for the feedback and hope to see you again soon! “Fabulous place- PIZZA best ever” We are regular customers at the san antonio restaurant located at the hotel!! We just love this place- the staff - Rowen,Chad, Ismael all make this a great place to frequent!! They always friendly , prepare to assist where possible and bend backwards to accomodate any request! The pizza is of the best ever eaten anywhere!!!! Yes there are times when orders take long, service at times lacking but as a regular we can see improvement on a daily basis... The presence of management on the floor is noticeble , customers who do have a problem should bring it under managements attention so that they can be aware of any problems that need to be adressed!! This is really a great place thats worth a visit! Emile (GM of the BoN Hotel Shelley Point) you doing a great job - keep it up you will reap the rewards!! There is a major improvement already!!
