We call these ClydEnree Sundayt-es [one of it]…. The Sunday of August 25 was a gloomy rainy one. After the hospital rounds, hubby and I feasted on arroz caldo in Pares along the bay walk. They got a new Puro-Lamba seaside branch and I love it! It’s an open diner, with tasteful and beach-y decors. The ceiling is adorned with thin Japanese bamboos, the tables and chairs made of chic palo china and they got real surfboards as front counter tops and another one as a divider in the toilet. The sink is a large clam-shell fitted with fixtures. Very coastal creative! On a cold Sunday afternoon like this, nothing beats a warm filling aromatic super delectable bowl of arroz caldo with calamansi and roasted chili-garlic on the side.
