We can give workouts different names, change the time and the intensity but when you brake it all down the movements are the same as years ago and if you follow the next best fad your chasing and looking for an easy option. Call it what we may nutrition, consistency, desire and a good understanding of the training session are all needed in every workout. So the clocks go back giving you an extra hr to dream about what we want to achieve but come tomorrow morning what are you going to do to achieve them. Great work by everyone attending the studio this week lets keep up the good work, having fun while doing it and getting closer to our targets.
